Job Description / Responsibility

Promote and market the company's Dairy, Sweets, Bakery, and Meat products to factories, corporate offices, retail shops, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and institutional clients.
Conduct regular field visits and outdoor marketing activities to identify new business opportunities and generate sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage.
Negotiate with clients, secure sales orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Coordinate with the Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and other marketing-related documentation.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Only Male
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Dairy, Bakery, Sweets, FMCG, or Food & Beverage industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
Hands-on experience in field/outdoor marketing and corporate sales.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing activities.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
