Job Description / Responsibility

Context
CrimsonCup Coffee & Tea Bangladesh is looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our brand marketing, digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, store footfall, retail strategy and overall business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing strategies.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok & relavent platforms).
Valid experience in ATL, BTL, and Digital activities.
Coordinate marketing activities across all branches.
Manage social media management, influencer collaborations, and PR activities & so on.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports & ROI based campaigns.
Manage marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI.
Work closely with Operations, HR, and Sales teams for successful campaign execution.
Build strategic partnerships with B2B clients and third-party platforms.
