Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Appoint and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners across Bangladesh.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, builders, and project customers.
- Increase market share through effective territory management and business development.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and compliance with the company`s credit policy.
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Accounts to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Organize dealer meetings, product training, and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory availability and market demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and ethical sales practices.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 50 years

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of dealer and distributor management.
- Experience in project sales and institutional sales will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Bangladesh.
