Job Description / Responsibility
- Position Summary
- The Manager – Sales will be responsible for developing and executing nationwide sales strategies, expanding dealer and distributor networks, increasing market share, leading the field sales team, and achieving sustainable revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience in the automotive lubricants and tyre industry, and a proven record of delivering exceptional sales performance.
- Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute annual sales and business development strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and business expansion areas.
- Build sustainable revenue growth across retail, wholesale, dealer, fleet, and corporate segments.
- Develop effective pricing and promotional strategies.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) or Master's Degree will receive preference.
- Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced and exceptional candidates.
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Workshop, Tyre manufacturer
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 50 years
- Only Male
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft WordERP/CRM, Software, Sales Analytics, Dashboard Reporting
- Minimum 10–15 years of professional sales experience.
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Proven experience in: Automotive Lubricants
- Experience in nationwide dealer management will be considered a significant advantage.
