Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales of Samsung Brand VRF Systems AC from ready stock.
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective negotiation and client engagement.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, dealers, and brokers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Understand client needs and recommend the best VRF AC solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure smooth communication with customers.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on HVAC industry trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze client feedback and market demand to refine sales approaches.
- Team Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize promotional campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- BSC/ MSC/BBA/MBA
- University: Private and Public University only
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 years
