Job Description / Responsibility

Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
Receive customer testing requests and clarify technical requirements.
Coordinate with laboratory departments regarding sample status and testing progress.
Ensure customer turnaround time (TAT) requirements are achieved.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical questions professionally.
Coordinate report delivery according to customer specifications.
Maintain customer records and communication history.
Support business development by identifying opportunities with existing customers.
Work closely with Lab and Coordination teams.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Multinational Companies, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 24 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer handling and complaint management
MS Excel & PowerPoint
Problem-solving ability
Time management
Knowledge of textile testing processes
