The Spare Parts Business is committed to ensuring the availability of genuine spare parts through an extensive dealer network, delivering superior customer service, and maximizing equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
- We are looking for a Senior Marketing Officer/Marketing Officer (Spare Parts) to drive sales growth, strengthen dealer relationships, and expand market coverage by promoting genuine spare parts and ensuring exceptional customer support across the assigned territory.
- Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives for the designated territory in line with the company’s annual budget.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities, ensure product availability, and expand market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, mechanics, and key customers to drive sustainable business growth.
- Promote genuine spare parts by providing product information, technical guidance, and value propositions to customers.
- Monitor credit customers and ensure collections are managed in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, customer feedback, and emerging trends, and report actionable insights to the supervisor.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, retailer meetings, and dealer engagement programs to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Ensure effective utilization of marketing and promotional materials in line with company objectives and brand guidelines.
- Maintain close relationships with key opinion leaders and influential stakeholders to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries
