Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Overview: Zonal Manager – Sales
- RFL Group, one of Bangladesh’s largest and most diversified manufacturing conglomerates with business interests in plastics, stationery, metal, melamine, PVC, chemicals, electronics, furniture, industrial products, light engineering, leather goods, Footwear, paints and real estate, is seeking a large no of dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Manager – Sales to lead sales operations within an assigned territory.
- The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets. The role involves leading and motivating the regional sales representative, expanding distribution and dealer networks, strengthening customer relationships, ensuring effective market coverage, monitoring sales performance, implementing trade and promotional activities, and driving sustainable business growth while maintaining operational excellence and compliance with company policies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive sustainable business growth within the allocated zone.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market coverage, increase market share, and maximize revenue.
- Lead, supervise, coach a Sales Representatives to ensure high team performance.
- Maintain and ensure the effective use of the SPRO system by the sales team, ensuring accurate data entry, timely reporting, performance tracking, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail networks while maintaining strong business relationships with key customers.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare sales forecasts and periodic sales reports, ensuring accurate data analysis and timely submission to management.
- Monitor inventory, distributor stock levels, collections, and outstanding receivables to ensure smooth business operations.
- Conduct regular market visits, evaluate team performance, identify training needs, and implement development initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ethical business practices while maintaining operational excellence.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor`s / Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Engineering or any relevant field from any reputed educational institute.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Building & Construction Materials, Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Mobile Industry, Paint, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Tyre manufacturer
