Job Description / Responsibility

Manage all day-to-day showroom operations.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the showroom sales team.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Maintain brand standards and attractive product displays.
Monitor stock levels, product availability & prepare monthly stock report.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the warehouse and service team for product delivery and after-sales support.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure showroom cleanliness, security, and compliance with company policies.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in any Discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 35 years
Smart, energetic, and well-groomed personality.
Knowledge of premium home appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, built-in kitchen appliances, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Sound knowledge of sales techniques and retail operations.
Customer-focused attitude.
Excellent communication & good relation with the corporate level
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with POS systems and inventory software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
