Job Description / Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and destinations.
Book flight reservations for clients using computer reservation systems (CRS) and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Ticket Issuance:
Issue and reissue airline tickets.
Process refunds and exchanges of tickets.
Customer Service:
Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding travel requirements, such as visa and passport regulations.
Resolve customer issues and complaints related to flight bookings and ticketing.
Sales & Marketing:
Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, hotel bookings, and car rentals.
Promote special deals and travel packages to clients.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain and update client records and travel documents.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ticket sales and bookings.
Coordination:
Liaise with airlines and other travel partners to coordinate travel arrangements.
Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 35 years
Only Male
Certification in Airline Ticketing or Travel Management is a plus.
