Job Description / Responsibility
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language classes for learners of different proficiency levels.
- Develop learners’ Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing, Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, and Communication Skills.
- Conduct interactive, practical, and learner-centered training sessions.
- Assess learners’ current English proficiency and identify individual learning needs.
- Monitor student performance, progress, attendance, and learning outcomes.
- Provide regular constructive feedback and individualized guidance to learners.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct speaking tests, mock assessments, presentations, interviews, and practical communication activities.
- Support the development and improvement of English language courses and training materials.
- Maintain a professional, positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.
- Mentor junior English teachers/trainers and share effective teaching practices.
- Conduct demonstration classes, peer reviews, and teacher-development sessions when required.
- Maintain academic records and complete teaching-related administrative responsibilities accurately.
- Collaborate with management and academic teams to improve course quality and learner satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas for new English courses, workshops, seminars, and special training programs.
- Stay updated with modern English Language Teaching (ELT) methodologies and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Represent the institute professionally in seminars, workshops, events, and external training activities when required.
- Ensure learners receive consistent, high-quality training and measurable improvement in English communication.
- Senior-Level Expectations
- As a Senior Trainer, the position is expected to go beyond regular classroom teaching by helping maintain academic standards, mentoring other trainers, supporting curriculum development, and contributing to continuous improvement of the training program.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- CELTA / DELTA / TESOL / TEFL certification preferred
- IELTS Trainer Certification or relevant IELTS trainingTraining in English Language Teaching (ELT) / Teaching Methodology
- Professional development in Spoken English & Communication Skills,
- Training in Classroom Management & Student Assessment
- Pronunciation, Phonetics & Presentation Skills training
- Relevant English Language Teaching workshops, seminars, or CPD programs
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Telecommunication, Coaching Center
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in English language teaching/training.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong pronunciation.
- Experience in IELTS, Spoken English, Communication Skills, or Business English preferred.
- Strong classroom management, presentation, and student engagement skills.Ability to develop lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and activities.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and mentoring skills.
- IELTS / CELTA / TESOL / TEFL certification will be an advantage.
- Comfortable using multimedia and digital tools for classroom teaching.
- Passionate about English language education and continuous professional development.
- Must be professional, punctual, responsible, and target-oriented.
