Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Business Consultants. This role will involve analyzing business processes, reviewing systems and workflows, and supporting the delivery of banking technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze business processes, systems, and workflows.
Prepare detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), use cases, and functional specifications.
Gather and document business requirements through meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to collect requirements and feedback.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of product specifications, system parameters, and change requests.
Support coordination with end users during system-related activities.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance & Banking, Applied Statistics and Data Science, Economics
Master of Professional Banking (MPB) in Accounting, Finance & Banking, Applied Statistics and Data Science, Economics

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 27 years
Only Male
Fluency in English and good communication skill
