Job Description / Responsibility
- HF Food Service is one of the established names in Bangladesh`s e-commerce food sector. We have built a trusted reputation for delivering high-quality, premium, and authentic food products through strong distribution, reliable partnerships, and customer-focused execution.
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Executive, HR to support and strengthen our HR Operations function.
- Responsibilities:
- HR Operations
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process while coordinating with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and separation processes.
- Manage the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including KPI/KRA administration, performance appraisal coordination, moderation, and reporting.
- Payroll & HRIS
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll by maintaining accurate attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related records.
- Operate and maintain the company`s HRIS/HRMS, ensuring employee master data is accurate and regularly updated.
- Coordinate payroll processing with the Finance & Accounts team and resolve payroll- and HRIS-related issues.
- HR Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure HR practices comply with the Bangladesh Labour Act, Bangladesh Labour Rules, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR compliance activities, internal audits, and statutory documentation.
- HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare HR reports for business and management review.
- Analyze HR data related to attendance, payroll, manpower, recruitment, performance, and employee movement to support management decision-making.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and generate timely reports to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Educational Requirements
- MBA/BBA in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- PGD in Human Resource Management (PGD-HRM) will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 24 to 32 years
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, HRIS, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
- Hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing.
- Practical experience using HRIS/HRMS or Payroll Software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment planning, manpower management, and performance management processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh Labour Act with practical understanding of HR compliance and statutory requirements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
