Job Description / Responsibility
- Responsibilities & Context
- 1. Security Operations
- Plan, organize, and supervise all factory security operations.
- Ensure 24/7 security coverage of the factory premises.
- Implement security training and emergency response procedures with coordinate with Administration Dept.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including factory floor, warehouse, boundary, and parking areas.
- Check delivery and shipment vehicles as per company protocol and ensure 7 points checking procedure, shipment escort.
- Check mail and parcels and keep records as per standard.
- 2. Access Control
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Ensure proper visitor management and gate pass procedures.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities to prevent unauthorized removal of company assets.
- Monitor vehicles/shipment vans with safety mirror, maintain log books for audit.
- 3. Asset Protection
- Safeguard company property, machinery, inventory, and confidential information.
- Investigate theft, fraud, vandalism, and security breaches.
- Recommend preventive measures to minimize security risks.
- 4. CCTV & Electronic Security
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and access control systems.
- Ensure CCTV cameras and security equipment remain operational for 24 hours.
- Coordinate maintenance of security devices and take part in Security audit.
- 5. Emergency Management
- Lead emergency response during fire, accidents, natural disasters, and security threats.
- Coordinate with Fire Service, Police, Civil Defense, and local authorities if required.
- Participate in evacuation drills and emergency preparedness programs.
- 6. Investigation & Incident Management
- Conduct investigations into security incidents.
- Prepare investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
- Maintain confidentiality during investigations.
- 7. Team Management
- Supervise security supervisors and guards.
- Prepare duty rosters and deployment plans.
- Conduct training on security awareness, emergency response, and access control.
- Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements.
- 8. Coordination
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required.
- Zero major security breaches.
- CCTV system uptime.
- Emergency response effectiveness.
- Asset protection effectiveness.
- Security team discipline and attendance.
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Spinning, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup, Dairy, Farming
