Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure personal security, safety and protocol to Managing Director.
Manage and organize the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business and personal requirements.
Manage correspondence and official documents on behalf of the MD.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and personal information.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in organizing events, official programs, and protocol-related matters.
Ensure the personal security and safety of the MD during office hours, travel, and external visits. Coordinate with drivers, security staff, and external agencies to maintain security protocols.
Conduct advance checks at venues and travel routes to ensure safety.
Handle emergencies calmly and effectively, ensuring the MD’s safety at all times.
Provide discreet surveillance and risk assessment for the MD’s movements.
Other tasks assigned by MD.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (BA)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Hotel, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years
Only Male
Retired from Armed Force Service.
At least 3-5 years experience as PA & Security officer.
Honesty, Sincerity and dedication.
Able to work under pressure.
Well communication skills.
Well conversant.
Corporate environment oriented
