Job Description / Responsibility

The Role
You will help define the first impression of Estavin for clients, investors, partners and
visitors.
What You’ll Do
Deliver an exceptional visitor experience.
Professionally receive clients, investors, partners and international guests.
Coordinate appointments and meeting rooms.
Manage visitor and telephone communications.
Support corporate hospitality.
Maintain an immaculate and professional reception environment.
Coordinate closely with administration and security.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in corporate services, banking, multinational
organizations, aviation or premium hospitality.
What You’ll Bring
Excellent English and Bangla communication.
Professional presence and interpersonal skills.
Strong corporate etiquette.
Confidence interacting with senior and international visitors.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
