Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a creative AI Video Creator & Editor to produce engaging Bangla and English educational, promotional, and social media videos.
The candidate will create AI-powered videos on technology, software careers, HR, payroll, business automation, and digital marketing. You will turn topic briefs into high-quality videos using AI video-generation tools, voiceovers, motion graphics, captions, and professional editing.
Responsibilities:
Research video topics and create clear scripts/storyboards
Generate visuals using AI text-to-video and image-to-video tools
Create short-form Reels/Shorts and long-form YouTube videos
Edit videos with captions, motion graphics, transitions, music and sound effects
Create AI voiceovers or coordinate voiceover recordings
Optimize videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
Ensure every video follows brand guidelines and communicates a clear message
Create thumbnail concepts, titles, descriptions and CTA text when needed
Repurpose long videos into short clips, teasers and social posts
Test new AI tools, prompts and creative video formats
Work with the marketing team and manage multiple projects within deadlines
