Job Description / Responsibility

Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday Off)
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate counselling to prospective students regarding study abroad opportunities, university admissions, and visa procedures.
Guide students throughout the admission and application process from initial consultation to final enrollment.
Prepare, review, and submit admission and visa-related documents accurately and on time.
Stay updated with university admission policies, visa regulations, and immigration requirements.
Conduct student interview preparation and pre-departure orientation sessions.
Communicate professionally with students, parents, universities, and partner institutions via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Generate student leads through Facebook, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
Maintain accurate student records and ensure proper documentation.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 30 years
Only Female
Minimum 1 year of experience in a student consultancy firm.
Experience in student counselling will be considered an advantage.
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English/ Hindi.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office).
Sound knowledge of student documentation, university admission, and visa processing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct Facebook Live sessions and create/upload promotional videos on YouTube and other social media platforms.
Strong digital communication and social media engagement skills.
