Job Description / Responsibility
- Business Development Manager at Real Education Consultancy- Multi Destination (UK, New Zealand, Ireland, Malaysia, Finland, Norway)
- You must have 7+ years of experience in the student consultancy business. A track record of student recruitment and business development, recruiting and developing a team, managing the team and daily operation of the business, including organising marketing events, making plans, and taking regular updates from the team and taking action and being willing to take challenges.
- Multi-destination knowledge or previously worked as Multi-Destination Managers and counsellors with a proven track record
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- BBA/ MBA from a reputable university or other UG or PG degree with a relevant track record in the industry.
- Any other additional training (i.e. British Council Counsellor Certificate)

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in overseas education consultancy, student visa processing, international admissions, or student recruitment.
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role, including Team Leader, Managerial Role, Senior Counsellor, etc, where managing people was part of the role.
- Prior experience working directly with international universities, education agencies, or global recruitment partners, education portals, universities, IELTS centres will be considered a significant advantage.
- Track record of managing B2B and developing B2B portfolios would be preferable.
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making abilities.
- Regularly monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, take necessary actions, update the owners or directors and provide a clear path to address any issues
- Excellent counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of international education systems, admission procedures, and student visa regulations.
- Experience in university partnership development and stakeholder relationship management.
- Strong business planning, budgeting, and operational management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla. (IELTS Score 7+ preferable)
- Excellent understanding of MS Office/ Google Office and other software to deal with day-to-day office work.
- Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure while consistently achieving business targets.
