Job Description / Responsibility

Receive all phone calls and will forward all incoming and outgoing calls as per desire of the caller.
You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goals.
Day to day planning and report management ability.
Clint regular follow up.
Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor/Honors
HSC or Bachelor Passed from any background.
Bachelor will be highly appreciated.
University ongoing students

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 35 years
Only Male
Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply if & only if you are very good & strong in oral Communications.
Should have good convincing skills.
Should be able to maintain a client database.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, Honest, energetic, dedicated, and polite in the manner with a positive personality & quick learner.
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
