Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and achieve business growth.
- Plan, manage, and scale high-performing advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Generate qualified leads through strategic campaign planning, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, promotional content, landing pages, and marketing assets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Optimize marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, and implement innovative marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication and achieve organizational marketing objectives.
- Maintain advertising budgets efficiently while ensuring maximum campaign effectiveness and measurable business outcomes.
- Perform additional marketing and business development tasks assigned by management when required.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in campaign planning, audience targeting, remarketing, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Experience in Marriage Media, E-commerce, Digital Marketing Agency, or other service-based industries will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates must be proactive, creative, and willing to learn new marketing tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage.
- Ability to edit short-form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software will be highly preferred.
