Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential industrial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in ETP, WTP, STP, wastewater treatment and industrial machinery sectors.
- Generate leads and develop new customers through direct visits, networking, references and market research.
- Visit factories, industries and project sites to understand clients` technical and commercial requirements.
- Promote and sell water treatment equipment, ETP/WTP/STP machinery, pumps, dosing systems, flow meters, online analyzers, air blowers, filter press, cooling tower and other related industrial equipment.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with clients from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation and order confirmation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure proper post-sales follow-up.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with Project, Service, Procurement and Accounts teams for smooth execution of customer orders/projects.
- Participate in tender, project and business development activities when required.
- Attend client meetings, technical discussions, exhibitions and seminars.
- Travel to different industrial areas and project locations as required.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE / Mechanical / Civil/ Environmental Engineering/ Any Engineering Discipline
- Diploma in Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / EEE / Environmental Technology
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Dyeing Factory, Engineering Firms, Fisheries, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Sweater Industry, Textile, Washing Factory
