Job Description / Responsibility

Sales & Market Development
Promote and expand sales of industrial & specialty chemicals in both international and domestic markets.
Identify new accounts, forecast demand, and explore opportunities in Food, Pharma, Personal Care, Coatings, Plastics & Rubber sectors.
Conduct intensive market research to expand customer base and identify new business opportunities.
Attend chemical exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to strengthen networks and boost business relationships.
Technical Support & Product Development
Evaluate technical performance of raw materials and provide formulation guidance to clients.
Conduct stability testing, performance studies, and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
Deliver technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and advanced formulation technologies.
Business Growth & Customer Management
Achieve B2B sales targets and ensure brand expansion.
Generate new project pipelines and follow up on existing inquiries.
Negotiate offers and close deals with customers and suppliers.
Support, maintain, and grow current business relationships.
Maintain regular communication with suppliers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other media.
Quality & Compliance
Perform quality assurance testing to ensure products meet company standards and industry regulations.
Monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management.
Work closely with higher management to align sales strategies with company goals.

Educational Requirements

Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry, Food & Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Masters

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Indenting Firm, Trading or Export/Import
