Working Hours: Night Shift/ 2 PM to 11 PM (BST)
Work Station: Shahjadpur, Gulshan

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration
Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

8 to 16 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 32 to 45 years
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in textile/ business-related discipline
Minimum Eight (08) years of experience in Merchandising department (Knit)
Excellent written and verbal English
Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Textiles, apparel, merchandising, marketing, or sales experience preferred
Comfortable using AI productivity tools including ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
