Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure all quality systems and procedures function effectively and are properly maintained.
Oversee pre-production quality activities, including size set review, PPM meetings, and first output inspections against technical files and buyer standards.
Conduct daily inline, pre-final, and final inspections; compile detailed reports and maintain accurate records.
Monitor production processes (cutting, sewing, printing, finishing) to ensure compliance with SOPs and buyer specifications.
Analyze quality data (defects, DHU, KPI) and lead root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys) to drive continuous improvement.
Train, evaluate, and supervise QC personnel on inspection standards, defect identification, and measurement techniques.
Coordinate directly with buyer QC, merchants, production, and planning teams to resolve quality issues and ensure material approvals.
Manage internal/external audits, review findings, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions (CAP/PAP).
Prepare and review quality reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
