Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of PLC operation and basic troubleshooting.
Good understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Knowledge of CNC machines, automatic assembly lines, and welding processes.
Familiarity with press machines, tube processing, crimping, and leak testing.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
Knowledge of production planning, line balancing, and capacity analysis.
Understanding of quality tools (7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA).
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Six Sigma concepts.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
B.Sc. in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 35 years
Only Male
Experience:
5–10 years of experience in gas lift or metal component manufacturing.
At least 2–3 years in a production supervisory or leadership role.
