Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Officer / Senior Officer – Sales & Marketing to support business development and customer management for a growing garments trims & accessories manufacturing business.
- The position will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, coordinating with buyers/brands and garment manufacturers, and ensuring smooth execution of customer requirements from inquiry to order confirmation and delivery.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with garment manufacturers, buying houses, brands, and sourcing teams.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the garments trims & accessories market.
- Handle customer inquiries, product presentations, quotations, price negotiations, and order follow-up.
- Promote and sell the company`s trims/accessories products to potential and existing customers.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Commercial, Planning and other internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Follow up on sample development, approvals, production status, delivery and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, sales forecasts and business development updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Support management in achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain effective communication with key accounts.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 26 years
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of garments trims/accessories and the apparel supply chain.
- Strong business development and sales follow-up capability.
- Ability to prepare quotations, sales reports and business proposals.
- Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Target-oriented, proactive and willing to travel for customer visits.
- Good command of English communication, both written and verbal.
- Preferred Product ExposureCandidates having sales experience with products such as labels, tags, elastics, tapes, buttons, zippers, packaging items, heat transfers, printing, embroidery, or other garment accessories/trims will be highly preferred.
