Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and tech-savvy Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to support Top Management in business reporting, presentations, research, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about AI tools, professional presentation design, and modern workplace technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Top Management in business reports, presentations, and special projects.
Prepare professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to improve productivity and research.
Conduct business research, data analysis, and prepare management summaries.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and present information.
Assist in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor`s degree from a reputed university.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preference will be given to candidates from BBA, MBA, Engineering, Computer Science, Textile, Marketing, or Supply Chain disciplines.

Experience Requirements

At most 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 30 years
Excellent command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Strong presentation and visual design skills using PowerPoint and Canva.
Hands-on knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Claude.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English and Bengali.
Creative, innovative, and quick learner.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
