Senior Executive - Training & Development

Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct periodic Training Needs Assessments (TNA) across various departments through surveys, performance gap analyses, and management feedback.
- Develop and coordinate annual and monthly training calendars.
- Organize and facilitate internal and external training programs.
- Coordinate with trainers, consultants, and relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.
- Design, develop, and update training curricula, instructional materials, presentation decks, and evaluation tools.
- Monitor employee participation and maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training follow-ups.
- Prepare regular training reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Develop and maintain a training needs database based on employee roles, competencies, performance, and business requirements.
- Assist in developing competency-based learning and development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for employee skill development and career growth.
- Ensure training activities comply with organizational policies and relevant standards.
- Support HR projects and other Learning & Development initiatives as required.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) is highly preferable.
- Professional certification in HR/L&D will be an advantage.
- Having TOT certification will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Ability to prepare professional training reports and presentations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
