Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
A leading integrated composite textile manufacturing company in Bangladesh is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its overall manufacturing operations.
The company operates integrated facilities covering Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Yarn Dyeing, Dyeing, Printing, Finishing and Garment Washing, serving reputed local and international customers.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the overall manufacturing operations of the composite mill.
Ensure production, quality, productivity, efficiency and delivery targets.
Optimize capacity, manpower, machinery and operational costs.
Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement and waste reduction.
Ensure effective coordination among Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental and customer requirements.
Provide strategic operational guidance to the Board and Top Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Bachelors in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 20 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 45 years
Only Male
20+ years of experience in textile manufacturing, including significant experience in a large composite mill.
Strong exposure to Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing and Finishing.
Proven experience in a senior operational leadership position.
Proven experience with textile operations

Anywhere in Bangladesh
