Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure financial strategy & leadership
Ensure Financial Reporting and Control
Ensure Treasury & Liquidity Management
Manage Regulatory & Tax Compliance
Manager Risk & Financial Governance
Capital & Balance Sheet Management
Ensure Board-level financial advisory
Strong understanding of all relevant regulatory policy, directives, circulars and regulations etc.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Post Graduation degree from any reputed University, Higher degree in Economics/ Finance/Accounting/Banking will be considered as additional qualification.
Must be Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience Requirements

At least 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Insurance, Investment/Merchant Banking, Leasing

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 20 years` experience in Bank or Financial Institution. Out of which minimum 3-5 years` experience is required in managing tax and preparation of financial statements.
