Job Description / Responsibility

The Role
You will help establish the financial discipline, reporting systems and internal controls
required to support Estavin’s long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead accounting and financial reporting.
Establish and maintain strong internal controls.
Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash-flow analyses.
Manage project costing and financial performance reporting.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Oversee banking and reconciliations.
Coordinate tax, VAT, audit and regulatory financial matters.
Support real estate feasibility and investment analysis.
Coordinate external auditors and professional advisers.
Develop clear management reporting and financial dashboards.
Provide financial insight to senior leadership.
Help establish scalable financial systems as the organization grows.

Educational Requirements

Preferred Qualifications: CA, ACCA, CMA or progress toward a recognized professional accounting qualification.

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years

Additional Job Requirements

Preferred Experience: 5–10+ years.
What You’ll Bring
Strong accounting and financial-management experience.
Understanding of project, construction or real estate accounting.
Strong analytical and financial modeling capability.
Excellent understanding of financial controls.
High attention to detail.
Professional English proficiency.
