Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
We are a leading yarn dyeing factory seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to head our Accounts Department. The role requires strong leadership, financial management, and compliance expertise to ensure smooth operation of all accounting functions.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Accounts Department.
Prepare and monitor financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
Oversee payroll, provident fund, gratuity, and other employee benefit accounts.
Manage cash flow, banking, and fund allocation.
Coordinate with auditors, management, and external stakeholders.
Implement and maintain accounting policies, systems, and controls.
Guide and develop the accounts team for efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow.
Analyze financial data and provide management with meaningful reports and recommendations.

Educational Requirements

B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA in Accounting or Finance from a reputed university.
CA Advanced level/ Professional level is must.

Experience Requirements

At least 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Garments, Group of Companies, Spinning, Sweater Industry, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, and 2/3 years as head of the department.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing/textile/garments/group of companies will be preferred.
Good knowledge of business operations.
Experience in a public limited company will add advantage.
