Job Description / Responsibility
- Role Summary
- Lead end-to-end Group Supply Chain operations across Spinning, Textile, and Garments, with hands-on oversight of local and import sourcing, procurement, planning, and material availability.
- Manage strategic sourcing and procurement of chemicals, yarn, machinery, spare parts, and other local and imported textile and garment materials, ensuring timely availability and cost efficiency.
- Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, inventory control, and operational excellence across business units.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Supply Chain function, ensuring alignment with business, production, and financial objectives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Group Supply Chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead sourcing and procurement for Spinning, Textile, and Garments operations.
- Manage strategic suppliers, negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Drive cost optimization, inventory control, lead-time reduction, and supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure effective material planning and uninterrupted supply to production.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Merchandising, Commercial, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor SCM KPIs, prepare management reports, and drive continuous improvement.
- Standardize SCM policies, SOPs, and processes across business units.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the Supply Chain team.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Professional certification in SCM/Procurement will be an added advantage.

- 15 to 18 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

- Experience
- 15–18 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Planning, or Logistics.
- Strong experience in Textile, Garments, or Apparel Manufacturing is preferred.
