Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare all Manufacturing Order, Delivery Order
Receive and process International Export L/C from receiving bank.
Prepare EXP and Customs Documents
Container Booking and Delivery Follow-up
Application for Phytosanitary Certificate
Collect Customs documents from CNF and Shipment advice from Freight Forwarder
Prepare International export-related documents and ensure timely submission to the concerned bank.
Prepare and maintain Mushak Challan.
Prepare and regularly update weekly/yearly Export-Import Performance Statements
Prepare documents for government incentives and follow-up with bank and Audit Firm.
Coordinate with relevant internal departments, banks, customs offices, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of commercial and bond-related activities.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Master of Commerce (MCom)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Male
Experience:- 3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in export of Jute manufacturing industries.
Good knowledge of Customs procedures, Mushak requirements, Export L/C, TT & CAD terms.
Practical knowledge of Bangladesh Bank Online Data system
Good command of MS Excel, particularly for maintaining inventory, reconciliation, and export-import performance statements.
Strong documentation, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
Ability to identify discrepancies in export documents and take appropriate corrective actions.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates with experience in Jute goods manufacturing industries will be given preference.
