Job Responsibilities
Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Create, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Assist in Facebook Ads and Google Ads management.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with the content and design team.
Generate leads and support sales growth through digital channels.
Any other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Minimum HSC or currently pursuing an Honours degree.

Additional Job Requirements

Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in digital marketing will be an advantage.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager.
Understanding of social media marketing.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Quick learner and team player.

Tk. 15000 - 25000

Workplace: Office-Based Office Hours: 9 Hours per Day Salary: BDT 15,000 - 25,000 BDT per month Performance Bonus: Monthly Salary Review: Every 6 Months Festival Bonus: 2 per year
