Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced UI/UX & Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating seamless digital experiences and compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between user-centered product design and brand identity, staying ahead of emerging trends in user interface technology and digital media.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Product UI/UX Design:
- User-Centered Solutions: Develop intuitive UI/UX designs by conducting user research, mapping user flows, defining site architecture, and building interactive prototypes.
- Wireframing & Iteration: Create high-fidelity wireframes and user interfaces; rapidly iterate based on project feedback and testing data.
- Cross-Platform Delivery: Design responsive final UI screens tailored for diverse resolutions across web, mobile, and tablet applications.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers, Software Engineers, QA teams, and clients to translate complex requirements into clean, functional designs.
- Interactive Mini-Game Design: Collaborate closely with developers to prepare, slice, and optimize these UI assets for direct implementation into the Unity engine. Additionally, you will create game-ready assets, icons, and basic animations or sprites to significantly enhance the overall player experience.
- Graphic Design & Brand Asset Creation:
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve a consistent corporate brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Marketing Graphics: Design visually striking banners, infographics, blog visuals, and creative assets for advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Social Media & Media Production: Oversee visual content production for channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, including basic slide animations, short-form video editing, and ad creatives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in BSS
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At most 40 years
- Only Male
- Experience on 2D & 3D animation are preferable.
- Full knowledge of developing responsive UI designs, and mobile/tablet UI/UX.
- Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): UI/UX Design
- Skills required: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/ Software Product/ Web Application/Mobile Apps.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge on design trends, technology, tools & resources.
- Must have knowledge about color theories.
- Capable to work as a team player.
- Communicate with all related stakeholders.
- Adheres to strict delivery schedules.
