Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for a commercially sharp, proactive senior support operator who loves turning great customer service into retained customers, renewals and sales.
- You will be the first key hire in a growing AI-first business. Your main focus is customer support, customer lifecycle activity, sales and retention—but you must also be comfortable diagnosing common Windows and Android issues and supporting customers through TeamViewer, RustDesk or AnyDesk.
- This is a career role for someone who wants to learn fast, take responsibility and grow with the business. Once established, you will help us recruit and onboard the second team member.
- Deliver fast, friendly written support to UK and EU customers.
- Own customer cases from first message to confirmed resolution.
- Turn trials into customers and protect renewals through great service, smart follow-up and confident sales conversations.
- Support lifecycle campaigns: activation, first-use support, renewals, upgrades, winbacks and referrals.
- Spot opportunities to improve sales, marketing messages, customer journeys and retention.
- Diagnose common Windows, Android, app, login, streaming, network and VPN issues.
- Use TeamViewer, RustDesk, AnyDesk or similar tools professionally to help customers remotely.
- Keep accurate CRM records, clear notes and follow-up actions.
- Use AI tools daily to work faster, solve issues, improve customer replies and build better processes.
- Learn, document and share useful fixes and ideas with the team.
- 5 Day work week weekends included
- 12:00-02:00 shifts - Full flexibility needed

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 26 to 0 years
- Only Male
- At least five years’ experience in technical customer support, customer success, sales support or a similar customer-facing digital role.
- Strong written English and a minimum tested typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Proven experience using a CRM and managing customer follow-ups.
- Practical confidence supporting Windows and Android users remotely.
- Professional experience with TeamViewer, RustDesk, AnyDesk or equivalent.
- Strong commercial instinct: comfortable closing sales, handling objections, retaining customers and being measured on results.
- A genuine interest and aptitude in sales, marketing and improving customer journeys.
- Daily use of AI tools. You must know how to use them intelligently and check your work, not blindly copy output.
- A reliable Windows computer, stable internet, backup internet, UPS/power backup and a proper quiet home-working setup.
