Job Description / Responsibility

Goods delivery confirmation based on customer demand & production capacity.
Close attention and planning & Execution for achieving monthly sales target
Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure the availability of resources, materials, and equipment necessary for seamless production processes.
Optimize production schedules to minimize lead times, reduce inventory holding costs, and eliminate production bottlenecks.
Monitor and adjust production plans dynamically in response to changes in demand, resource availability, or other factors affecting production efficiency.
Ensuring OTD (On Time Delivery).
Monitoring & controlling the production process according to the plan.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters
Masters/Bachelor in any discipline

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

Only Female
At least 01 to 03 years Marketing Experience.
Good English Speaking, Listening & Writing ability.
Must have Garments Accessories business Working Experience
Specialized in knit & Woven fancy garments accessories Like as various Kinds of Belt, Suspender, Drawstring-Draw cord, Twill Tape, Elastic, Leather Patch,Button & others fancy accessories.
Having expertness for Garments Accessories cost analysis and Consumption knowledge
Having Good source of Factories & Suppliers.
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics to achieve the sales target and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
