Job Description / Responsibility

Irving Enterprise, a leading recruitment agency, is looking for an energetic and field-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our recruitment/manpower services, generate new business leads, and build strong relationships with client companies through regular field visits.
Visit companies on a daily basis to promote Irving Enterprise's recruitment and manpower supply services.
Identify and approach potential client companies (HR/Admin departments) to generate new business/job orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular field visits and follow-ups.
Distribute company profiles, brochures, and promotional materials to prospective clients.
Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities and areas for manpower supply.
Follow up with clients on ongoing requirements, service satisfaction, and payment matters.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly field visit reports to management.
Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisition and business generation.
Represent Irving Enterprise professionally at client sites and maintain the company's brand image.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Business Administration
HSC

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Male
1–3 years of experience in field marketing/sales, preferably in a recruitment agency or manpower supply business (freshers with strong communication and willingness to work in the field are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable with extensive daily field visits/travel.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, messaging apps).
