Job Description / Responsibility
- Cityscape Lifestyle Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager - Sales to lead the company’s overall sales and business development function. The incumbent will be responsible for revenue growth, high-value sales, strategic partnerships, sales team leadership, pipeline management and achieving collection targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales strategies and revenue plans.
- Lead sales of commercial property, Cityscape Passports, lifestyle/hospitality offerings and strategic participation opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HNWIs, family offices and institutional partners.
- Personally lead and close high-value and strategic accounts.
- Develop and manage sales pipeline, CRM, forecasting and revenue reporting systems.
- Recruit, train, motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Develop institutional, banking, corporate and channel partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing and new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective conversion of contracted sales into actual cash collection.
- Maintain strong sales governance, brand discipline and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare regular sales performance, forecast and management reports.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- PhD in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 40 years
- Requirements:
- Minimum 12-15 years of sales/business development experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven track record in high-value/ticket/card/membership sales and revenue generation.
- Experience managing a sales team of 15+ members.
- Strong network among corporate clients, HNWIs, investors and institutional customers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, leadership and relationship-management skills.
- Strong command of English and Bangla.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM, pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with experience in premium real estate, luxury hospitality, lifestyle/club business, private banking, wealth management, high-value B2B sales or strategic partnership development will be given preference.
