Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies for BTL advertising and promotional solutions.
Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Visit potential clients, understand their requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and clients for successful campaign execution.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and commercial offers.
Follow up on leads, negotiations, orders and payments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly/annual sales and revenue targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Strong sales, negotiation and client-handling skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong networking and business development capability.
Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
Ability to prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and campaign activities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Candidates with strong experience in BTL/activation/corporate advertising sales will be given preference.
