Job Description / Responsibility

Entry Order details from Logic ERP to GPRO System.
Add Extra Cut Qty based on Cutting Requirements.
Mentor and train users, ensuring they understand the effective system usage .
Prepare & maintain data analytics on production, quality, lost time, efficiency, WIP
Manage and maintain the System Error Log with proper follow-up and closure .
Monitor and ensure the stability of device connections across designated lines .
Maintain Standard Operating Procedures to sustain system performance.
Follow up with operators to ensure proper RFID scanning .
Monitor daily floor activities to ensure smooth system execution .
Verify that all processes are correctly mapped and running in the system .
Coordinate with Production, IE, Maintenance & Quality team for any process changes or updates.
Ensure all production data is accurately captured in real-time
Complete regular process Audit.
Maintain designated floor device inventory.
Identify missing scans, incorrect data, or process gaps and take immediate action.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in IE/IPE/TE

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
