Job Description / Responsibility

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste
Implement and maintain safety, hygiene, and environmental standards
Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Train, guide, and evaluate production staff
Prepare production reports and performance analysis
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Educational Requirements

Master of Science (MSc) in Fisheries
