Accounts Officer/MTO

Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Perform regular Bank Reconciliation and party ledger reconciliation.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
Maintain sales, purchase, collection and expense records.
Monitor inventory, raw materials and finished goods-related accounting records.
Prepare and maintain supplier/customer bills, invoices and supporting documents.
Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
Assist in budget preparation and cost analysis.
Coordinate with banks, suppliers, customers and internal departments when required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
Operate accounting software and ensure timely posting of transactions.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Perform any other accounts & finance-related duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

BBA/B.Com/MBA/M.Com in Accounting / Finance.
Candidates having CA (CC) will get preference.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Restaurant

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 35 years
Experience in Agro-based, Agro Processing, Feed Mill, Poultry, Dairy, Fisheries or Manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of Accounting principles.
Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, sincere, responsible and detail-oriented.
