Job Description / Responsibility
- Context:
- One Pharma Ltd. embarked on its pioneering journey in November 2015 with a focus on incorporating cutting-edge manufacturing technology and producing globally acclaimed pharmaceutical products for the patients of Bangladesh and beyond. One Pharma Limited is looking for two experienced, reliable, honest & dedicated Asst. Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager for Animal Health Division (One Pharma Ltd.)
- The incumbent will be responsible for Monitoring and guiding the sales personnel to ensure the achievement of targeted sales and collection (Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly also) of Animal Health Division (One Pharma Ltd.).
- Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and guiding the sales personnel to ensure the achievement of targeted sales and collection (Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly also).
- Monitor Sales performance and prepare regular sales report.
- Properly monitor market credit and collection performance according to company policy.
- Ensure proper inventory management and minimize stock-outs/expiry.
- Recruits, trains and supervise sales representatives and area managers and conducts regular performance evaluations.
- Identify new business opportunities in a region and expand the customer base and also analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, prescribers and PC also. Resolve the customer`s complaints and ensure high service quality.
- Train and assist sales colleagues to improve their technical and selling skill.
- To conduct farmers, PC, Vet. Doctor, chemist and consultant meeting.
- Be response and proactive towards managing issues related to sales and Marketing activities.
- Monitor ensure stock availability, secondary sales and product movement.
- Any other task assigned by HoD or management as and when required.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum graduate in any discipline and academic science background will be preferable.
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 24 to 44 years
- Only Male
- Minimum have to 3-5 years working experience as RSM or Sr. Area Manager in Rajshahi/ Rangpur/ Khulna and Barisal Division at veterinary medicine sales and marketing.
- Experience managing a regional sales team is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Animal Health products and veterinary medicine.
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
