Job Description / Responsibility
- Context:
- One Pharma Ltd. embarked on its pioneering journey in November 2015 with a focus on incorporating cutting-edge manufacturing technology and producing globally acclaimed pharmaceutical products for the patients of Bangladesh and beyond. One Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced, reliable, honest & dedicated Executive/ Sr. Executive, PMD for Animal Health Division (AHD).
- The incumbent will be responsible for supporting and executing product and brand management activities of the Animal Health Division (One Pharma Ltd.). The position will play a key role in developing product strategies, analyzing market and competitor activities, preparing promotional plans and materials, supporting the field force, monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- The position requires a combination of veterinary/animal-health knowledge, marketing capability, analytical skills and strong communication ability.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies for assigned Animal Health products.
- Prepare annual/monthly marketing plans, promotional plans and product-wise action plans.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and product performance analysis.
- Monitor sales trends, market share, customer insights and promotional effectiveness.
- Develop product positioning, promotional messages, visual aids, product literature and marketing materials.
- Support and train the field force on product knowledge, selling messages and marketing strategies.
- Conduct/coordinate veterinarian, farmers, poultry/cattle farms, dealer, chemist and consultant meetings, seminars and promotional programs.
- Conduct regular field visits to gather market intelligence and evaluate marketing execution.
- Identify opportunities for new products, line extensions and portfolio expansion.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Production and other relevant departments.
- Prepare product-wise sales forecasts, budgets, reports and management presentations.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and promotional activities and recommend appropriate strategies.
- Ensure marketing activities and product communications comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the business head /HOD.
Educational Requirements
- DVM / B.Sc. in Veterinary Science and Animal husbandry (B.Sc. of Vet. Science & AH) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- MBA/Masters in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 33 years
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience required in Animal Health Product Management/Marketing/Sales data analysis/ Market survey.
- Experience in Veterinary Pharmaceuticals, Poultry, Livestock / Cattle, Aquaculture will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Animal Health products and veterinary medicine.
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.· Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
