Job Description / Responsibility

LIMRS Construction & Interior is a growing and reputed construction and interior design company committed to delivering quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for talented, motivated, and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and professionally receive clients, visitors, and guests.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department/person.
Maintain the reception area in a professional and organized manner.
Manage visitor records and reception-related documentation.
Receive and distribute letters, documents, and parcels.
Coordinate appointments and meeting schedules when required.
Provide basic information about the company and direct visitors accordingly.
Candidates with good English-speaking skills and a smart, presentable appearance will be given preference

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 35 years
Only Female
Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Executive will be preferred.
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Executive will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Bangla and English.
Presentable, polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
