Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the Customer Care team.
Ensure customers receive professional, timely, and effective service.
Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and service-related issues and ensure proper resolution.
Monitor and follow up on pending customer complaints and requests.
Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Guide, motivate, and support Customer Care Executives in their daily activities.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly customer care reports.
Maintain proper records of customer complaints, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.
Identify recurring customer issues and recommend appropriate solutions to management.
Ensure that company policies, procedures, and customer service standards are properly followed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Multinational Companies

Age 28 to 35 years

Strong customer handling and relationship-building
Ability to identify the root cause of customer complaints skills
Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance
Ability to maintain customer databases and records
