We are looking for Fluent English Speaking Customer Care Representatives to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from prospective patients with professionalism and empathy.
Provide excellent customer support by delivering precise information and addressing inquiries promptly.
Identify patients' needs, clarify information as needed, and offer appropriate solutions to meet their concerns.
Actively engage with patients on each call, aiming to effectively resolve their issues and provide a positive experience.
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions in our system.
